Location description:
On the beach there is a mini golf course, a children's playground and a cafe. The small petting zoo at the campsite is a great source of joy, especially for our younger guests. Shopping centers can be found in Gägelow about 2 km and Wismar 4 km. There are a total of 3 restaurants in the holiday resort of Zierow. Zierow is conveniently located for trips to Rostock, Schwerin, Wismar, the island of Poel, Lübeck and Hamburg. The central location of the town means you can quickly get to Lübeck, Rostock or Schwerin. Even Hamburg and the island of Poel are possible as a day trip. For horse lovers, there is a riding stable in Oberhof (approx. 6 km). The Hanseatic city of Wismar is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is worth a visit at any time of year. Wismar is a historic old town with a romantic harbor, numerous cafes and restaurants, and you can visit the historic buildings and churches in the style of brick Gothic. Brick Gothic developed in the north of Germany as a special form of architecture. In Wismar, with its churches of St. Georgen, St. Marien and St. Nikolai, it has decisively shaped the face of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
