Just 30 meters from the beach, the exclusive two-room, raised ground-floor holiday apartment "Villa Höger 4" awaits you with 45 square meters of living space and high-quality furnishings. This holiday home, with a seasonally furnished south-west facing balcony, is ideal for a maximum of two guests. The stylish, spacious living and dining area welcomes you with a comfortable sofa, armchair, dining table, flat-screen TV, sound system, and Wi-Fi. The integrated, high-quality kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave with oven function, and dishwasher. The separate bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The shower room with granite flooring and large mirrors offers additional comfort. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made, and towels and bath towels will be provided. A beach chair is included in the rental price seasonally from approximately May to September 30th. A reserved parking space is available for your car in the underground garage, which you can easily reach via the glass elevator. A washing machine and dryer are located in an adjacent room of the underground garage and can be used for a fee. A bicycle storage room is also available. This is a non-smoking holiday home.
