Fantastic holiday home with a large garden in a quiet, secluded location on the outskirts of Scharbeutz, surrounded by single-family homes. The beach and the Scharbeutz Dune Promenade, right on the Baltic Sea, are a 4-minute drive or bus ride away, or a little further by bike or on foot. Fresh bread rolls are available at the bakery just around the corner. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.
The holiday home Melanie offers over 100 square meters of living space with 3 bedrooms, providing ample room for 6 people plus an infant to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The ground floor features a bright and inviting living area with a TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system. Adjacent to this is another seating or reading area with a sofa bed and access to the furnished south-facing terrace.
The second furnished terrace, complete with a gas grill, faces west and is located at the rear of the garden in front of the garage. The heart of the house is the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with all modern appliances, and the spacious, sunny dining area, bathed in natural light thanks to its large windows. A large guest WC with a washing machine and dryer for guests' free use is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll find three separate bedrooms and a spacious shower room. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a TV, while the third has a double bed (160x200 cm) and an additional cot. All windows are fitted with blackout blinds. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the lockable garage. A handcart is also available for our guests' use.
