Holiday home with 3 bedrooms

Our holiday home was completely renovated in 2018 and is available from December 2018.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and our spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Here you'll find comfortable seating, a large rustic dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. You can enjoy the large LED TV from both the sofa and the dining table. The kitchen provides direct access to the terrace. The ground-floor bathroom features a large walk-in rain shower and a modern design.

We have also provided a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room for your free use.
Upstairs, in addition to a second modern bathroom, there are three further separate bedrooms.
One of these has a double bed. The other two have twin beds that can be pushed together and separated if needed.
In the basement, you'll find our relaxation area and the garage. The relaxation area features a spacious sauna for up to 5 people, as well as additional relaxation areas and another shower.
In the garage, you can store your car, motorcycles, or bicycles, as well as your skis or sleds. From here, you have direct access to the holiday home.

Our holiday home, Herzblut, boasts a 400 sq m fenced property for your exclusive use. Our 40 sq m terrace, overlooking the ice rink, is the perfect place to relax. In addition to the lockable garage with direct access to the house (for your car, motorcycles, or bicycles), our property also includes a carport and two further parking spaces.
