A particular highlight is the beautifully landscaped garden, which is fully fenced, allowing your children to play freely. A variety of exciting play equipment, such as a trampoline and a ping-pong table, awaits our younger guests. The 500m² garden, with its well-maintained conifers, deciduous trees, roses, a small herb garden, and two terraces, is also ideal for peace and relaxation. The partially covered sun terrace features a barbecue (with an outdoor fireplace) and is surrounded by privacy and wind protection. The sauna with a bio-heater in the sauna house (outdoor area) is another highlight... Leave the stress of everyday life behind and enjoy your well-deserved holiday!

Inside the beach house, after passing through the bright entrance area, you'll find a spacious, open-plan living and kitchen area. Relax and unwind on the comfortable sofa by the wood-burning stove, enjoying the view of the lush garden. The adjoining open kitchen is equipped with a variety of high-quality appliances, leaving nothing to be desired for aspiring chefs! After an eventful day on the Baltic Sea, you'll find a well-deserved rest in one of the two comfortably furnished bedrooms: one with a 2x2m double bed and a flat-screen TV, and the other with two single beds arranged at an angle. A stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower offers the perfect opportunity to relax under the rain shower after a long walk in nature!

The house also features free Wi-Fi, an electric table grill, a carport directly attached to the house, and a permanently installed clothesline on the lawn. Bicycles can be stored safely in the lockable shed on the property.
