This dream villa was extensively renovated in 2016 and furnished with exclusive materials. The house, designed in a modern interpretation of Frisian style, is located on a quiet side street with a secluded property and garden, ensuring complete privacy.
During the construction of our house, we placed particular emphasis on Frisian charm and refined luxury. The house is equipped with every comfort to meet the highest standards of well-being and relaxation, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation. The Reeder Hüs boasts a luxurious wellness oasis with a sauna and adjoining relaxation room, ensuring that even on cooler days, your stay in our house becomes a truly special experience.
Living room with a large corner sofa, tiled stove, and TV. Large dining table with eight chairs and direct access to the garden and terrace. Two furnished terraces with beach chairs are available in the beautiful, spacious garden. Separate eat-in kitchen with a dining table and four chairs, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine, and every imaginable convenience.

Three bedrooms, each with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, armchair, and TV. Fourth bedroom with two single beds and two armchairs. One bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, towel warmer, hairdryer, and natural light on the ground floor. A second bathroom (shower/bathroom) with bathtub, shower, two sinks, toilet, towel warmer, hairdryer, and natural light is located on the upper floor. The third bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, two sinks, hairdryer, and natural light is located in the basement. Wellness area with sauna, two lounge chairs, TV, and shower with various shower heads such as a waterfall shower and rain shower.
