Holiday apartment with 1 bedroom

Enjoy the magnificent lake view from Apartment 32! This holiday apartment is located on the top floor of the Chiemseestrand holiday residence in Chieming-Arlaching, which is situated directly on the lake and adjacent to the Chiemsee circular hiking trail.

The approximately 39 sq m apartment consists of a living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is modern and comfortably equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, and dishwasher. The highlight of the apartment is the nearly 7 sq m southwest-facing balcony with panoramic views of Lake Chiemsee (and, on a clear day, as far as the Chiemgau Alps) and stunning sunsets. The bedroom has a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for a third person. The newly renovated bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, completes the apartment.

This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the building. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Parking is available directly in front of the building. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle garage.

Even in bad weather, the complex offers plenty of amenities:

In separate rooms of the building, you have free access to the wellness area with a small indoor pool featuring a counter-current system and a sauna. A large children's playroom, a games room with a ping-pong table and foosball table, and a small fitness room complete the offerings. Currently, all facilities, including the indoor pool and sauna, are open.

The unique location of the "Chiemseestrand" holiday residence invites you to unforgettable vacation days:

The Chiemsee cycle path and a natural bathing beach border directly on the holiday residence's lawn with a playground for children. A café near the complex promises pleasant hours, not just at coffee time. Nearby, "Gut Ising" offers special leisure activities: horseback riding, a golf course, a wellness area, and culinary delights. A visit is well worth it!

A linen package is provided free of charge for stays of 4 nights or more.
