This relatively new finca is located near Cala Mondrago in Alqueria Blanca and is built in a secluded location. It enjoys an idyllic and peaceful setting and is laid out as follows:
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The five bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and three bathrooms are ideal for, for example, two families. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on each of the ground and first floors, and there is another en-suite bathroom on the first floor in the master bedroom, ensuring privacy for each family. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
Kitchen-Dining-Living Area: Upon entering the front door, two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the left, and the guest toilet is on the right. Straight ahead, you enter the spacious and open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for convivial evenings of culinary delights. From there, you also have direct access to the beautifully landscaped terraces. A large outdoor grill and various seating options await barbecue enthusiasts, ideal for enjoying the sunset with a relaxing glass of wine.
From the entrance hall, a wide staircase leads to the upper living and sleeping area. Here you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable living room with satellite TV, DVD player, fireplace, books, and board games. Two of the bedrooms have their own small terraces, offering lovely views of the garden and pool. The house is available for rent year-round and is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and Wi-Fi in all bedrooms. Excellent Wi-Fi reception is available on every floor and in every room of the house.
Exterior: Two large terraces adjoining the house, some partially covered, offer a variety of seating options and shady spots. A large outdoor grill with ample storage space invites you to enjoy long barbecue evenings. Eight sun loungers and four parasols are available. The exceptionally large pool, with internal steps, measures 6 x 12 meters.
