Our beautiful holiday home "Flair am Meer" with the exclusive and comfortable holiday apartment "Ostseebrise" was completed in March 2019.
The apartment promises heavenly holidays in a prime location from the moment you step inside. It is located on the upper floor and features a large window front opening onto a balcony/loggia with a dining area and sun loungers. The balcony/loggia faces east/south.
The approximately 50 sq m apartment for two people offers a cozy living and dining area with comfortable seating, a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps, and free Wi-Fi.
The open-plan, adjoining fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed for a restful sleep, a smart TV, a safe, and ample storage space for your clothes.
The high-quality bathroom, complete with an infrared sauna, features a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and hand shower, a toilet, an elegant vanity, a heated towel rail, a magnifying cosmetic mirror, and a hairdryer.
Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable room temperature. The apartment is allergy-friendly and equipped with electric blinds and insect screens. Laundry service is available upon request for a fee of €3.00.
This is a non-smoking apartment and is for adults only.
The apartment includes a parking space and a lockable bicycle garage with charging points for e-bikes. An electric vehicle charging station (11 kW wallbox) is located in the parking area. Charging costs are calculated based on the meter reading.
