The holiday home "TraumZeit I" is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with meticulous attention to detail. The exclusive amenities, spread across approximately 96 m², include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, a whirlpool, a fireplace, a massage chair, and a spacious terrace with an electric awning. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, Cafissimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and much more.

A washing machine and dryer (free of charge) are located in the utility room.
The living room also includes a Blu-ray player, stereo system, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with access to the streaming services MagentaTV, Netflix, Disney+, and RTL+.

On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living/dining room with a built-in fireplace, a dining area for 6 people, a corner sofa with an ottoman, a fully equipped kitchen (see above), a bathroom with a whirlpool, a hallway with a wardrobe, and a utility room. The living and dining area is flooded with light and very inviting thanks to the floor-to-ceiling patio doors facing the garden and the light-colored furnishings.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV and high-quality box-spring beds (some electrically adjustable). The bathroom, located between the bedrooms, features a walk-in shower and a spacious sauna. As a special highlight—and likely unique in Zingst—our guests have access to a professional massage chair for their exclusive use, free of charge. Before starting one of the many programs, your body is thoroughly scanned to ensure a personalized massage tailored to your individual needs. Pamper yourself. You'll be delighted!

On the second floor, there is a third bedroom with a flat-screen TV and two single beds (box-spring beds).
The holiday home also features... Over four LCD flat-screen TVs, DVD (Blu-ray) player, stereo system, Wi-Fi, internet flat rate, telephone, streaming services such as Magenta TV, Netflix, Disney+, RTL+, and much more.
The spacious terrace adjoins the living room. It is furnished with high-quality garden furniture for six people and an electric awning.
We've also thought of our younger guests. A children's play kitchen awaits them, as well as a lovely playhouse in the garden for lots of outdoor fun! For our youngest guests, we provide a crib and a highchair free of charge upon request.
