Our sun-drenched holiday apartment is located on the top floor (no sloping ceilings) of Villa Aurum in the Graal district. This listed building, constructed in 1896 in the traditional seaside resort style, was completely renovated in 2000.
The two large balconies on the east and south sides of the building are perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, and a washing machine. The comfortably furnished living room is connected to the open-plan kitchen, from which both balconies are accessible. A private parking space in the courtyard is included. A bicycle shed, also located in the courtyard, is available for guest use. Wi-Fi is provided in the apartment.
