Description
House dating from 1750 with sauna
The listed building was constructed in the mid-18th century using the log and solid construction methods typical of the Spreewald region. Picturesquely surrounded by water, it is situated on Dolzke Island in the lagoon village of Lehde, right in the heart of the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve.
All living and sleeping areas of the holiday home offer wonderful views of the water. The holiday home, Haus Anno 1750, complete with a sauna, has been extensively renovated. Historic beams, the wooden beam ceiling, and solid wood floorboards in the living and sleeping areas give the holiday home its warm character.
It was awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV) in 2013. Enjoy a holiday in this listed building with high comfort: a fireplace (firewood can be purchased from the caretaker), a private sauna, and high-quality furnishings. Relax right by the water in the large garden or use the private boat harbor to explore the river landscape.
The "House from 1750" can be booked together with our properties "The Barn" and/or "The Bee House". Further information, photos, and videos can be found on our website "Holidays by the River". Spend relaxing days right by the water and surrounded by nature.
