Description
Pearl at the marina, Pfahlhaus Harlesiel
Let yourself be enchanted by this unique property in Europe. Built entirely on stilts in the water, these few waterfront houses in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel offer a special charm and an exceptional location between the marina and the Friedrichsschleuse lock.
Your stilt house is completely surrounded by water and accessed via a private jetty.
Enjoy the view of the Harle River, the marina, and the immediate proximity to the North Sea and the beach. Watch the boats go by or relax and enjoy magical sunsets at the end of the day.
From this side of the semi-detached house, you enjoy a direct and beautiful view of the marina and the sailing school. Extra-large windows let in plenty of light and sunshine. Relax on the spacious south- and west-facing terrace and watch the activity on the Harle River. Your stilt house has a private jetty leading directly to the water. The two different heights make getting in and out of your canoe or onto your stand-up paddleboard particularly easy.
Enchanting sunsets invite you to dream and bring the day to a relaxing close.
Two comfortable sofas await you in the living room, and an electric fireplace creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. A glass door separates the upstairs bedrooms from noise and sounds from the living and kitchen area.
The spacious terrace is enclosed by a glass railing. This offers an unobstructed view of the Harle River and provides shelter from the wind while sunbathing.
Both bathrooms feature spacious rain showers and a toilet. The downstairs bathroom houses the Finnish sauna.
All three bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs. Pleated blinds on all windows provide privacy upon request and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.
We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi, a gas grill, and a washer-dryer (washing machine with integrated dryer).
You can securely store your bicycles in the private bike shed. Additionally, we have reserved a beach chair for your use on the beach (during the season) free of charge.
