The spacious and bright holiday apartment is located in the garden house of the late 19th-century villa "Elisabeth" at Eichenweg 2 in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, roughly halfway between the Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf piers. Both the villa and the garden house are listed buildings and were extensively renovated in the 1990s.
The garden on the property has been restored to its original design. Eichenweg leads directly to the beach promenade after about 50 meters, providing direct access to the wide sandy beach of the Baltic Sea.
Heringsdorf train station and the Ostsee Therme (Baltic Sea Spa) are each about 400 meters away.
