The south-facing balcony, offering a partial lake view, is accessible from the living area. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room is available if needed. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the holiday home.

The easy-care, wood-look flooring gives the entire apartment a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the complex. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
Parking is available directly in front of the building. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle garage.
