Built in 1985 in the Danish style, it was renovated in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, and 2018, with new furniture and a new kitchen. A heat pump/air conditioning system provides pleasant warmth in winter and cooling relief on hot summer days.
The public beach is a 200-meter walk away, and the Holnis resort beach is just a few minutes away. Relax on the 50-square-meter wooden terrace and enjoy the wonderful view of sailboats, waves, and the sea. Free fiber optic internet access via Wi-Fi is available.
