Our "Cabin 5A" is a new semi-detached house, completed in October 2022. It is modern, high-quality, and furnished in the Scandinavian Hygge style. The individual living areas are separated by stairs, with the two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds (1x2m) and a box-spring bed, and the bathroom with a window located in the bright basement. From the light-filled living room, an external staircase leads to the 20 sq m roof terrace with its magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Here, a beach chair and a lounge area invite you to relax. And in the evening, you can unwind with a cozy glass of wine.
The property is fully fenced and features a barrel sauna in the dunes, ensuring a true wellness experience. There's also a barbecue area for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. The entire holiday home is 100 sq m and furnished with great attention to detail. Underfloor heating provides warmth during the winter months. Complete with a beautiful eat-in kitchen, nothing stands in the way of your relaxing holiday. The Baltic Sea beach (70m away) with its wonderful seawater, fantastic hiking and cycling trails, the Förde Golf Course, and much more are all within easy reach. On the Holnis peninsula, you can not only wonderfully unwind and let your mind wander, but also actively experience nature. Feel free to enjoy your holiday with your four-legged friend, who is warmly welcomed and will feel right at home on the fenced property.
Currently, sewer work is being carried out on the streets in Bockholm outside of the holiday season. The price reductions also cover any resulting disruptions.
