The combined living/dining room has a floor space of approx. 30 m² and is equipped with a fitted kitchen (including ceramic hobs, oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher), dining table, chairs in the kitchen area and sofas, coffee table, color TV with satellite reception, DVD player, radio with CD player and fireplace in the living area. The 3 bedrooms (each floor space approx. 10 m²) are equipped with two double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) or 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and wardrobes. The semi-detached houses each have two bathrooms with floor spaces of approx. 7 m² or 3 m². Both bathrooms have a shower. The shower in the larger bathroom is barrier-free. There is also a sauna and a washing machine in the larger bathroom. Outside there is garden furniture on the terrace and a garden barbecue in the garden that can be used by both holiday parties. Cars can be parked on the fenced property. As there are no steps inside or outside, the holiday apartments are ideal for families with children or for seniors. The fenced property increases safety for small children traveling with you. Due to the fireplace, sauna and relatively large living space, the apartments are ideal for a year-round holiday.
