The spacious, comfortable 3-room attic apartment features wooden ceilings and timber framing and has a separate entrance. Parking is available directly at the house.
The large south-facing balcony offers panoramic views of the valley and the nearby mountains.
Behind the house, there is a lawn for sunbathing and a Kneipp water-treading basin.
A bakery, butcher, Aldi supermarket, and Edeka supermarket are all within a 5-minute walk.
Numerous excursions are possible on foot or by bicycle from the house.
In winter, the Sonnen-Loipe cross-country ski trail passes right by the house.
