Steinwarder 7, Apartment "Strandbude 33"
Welcome to Heiligenhafen – Baltic Sea vacation with a water view!
Do you dream of a vacation right by the sea, fresh Baltic air, and endless views across the water and landscape? "Strandbude 33" offers you exactly that: a fantastic location directly on the inland lake, just steps from the beach, with private lake access for stand-up paddleboards and surfers.
The cozy 36 m² vacation apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building and is easily accessible by elevator. Thanks to its special location, you can enjoy an impressive view across the Steinwarder peninsula and the Baltic Sea to the Fehmarnsund Bridge, as well as across the inland lake to the harbor – a true maritime vacation feeling included.
The apartment, renovated in 2019, features a bright living and sleeping area facing east and offers stunning water views from almost every angle. The high-quality Nobilia kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances and a dishwasher.
The stylishly furnished living area invites you to relax with a large sofa, a cozy dining area for up to three people, a high-quality bed, and thoughtful details. A TV and Blu-ray player provide entertainment even on dreary, rainy days.
The covered balcony spans the entire width of the apartment and is the perfect spot for enjoying a coffee in the morning sun. Sheltered from the wind, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the view of the water here in every season.
The apartment is non-smoking, and out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Free parking is available directly at the building.
