On 110 m², you can enjoy your vacation with family or friends. The experience begins at the large dining table, where everyone can gather to enjoy meals or pleasant conversation. The adjacent high-quality kitchenette, equipped with everything you could possibly need, makes cooking a pleasure. And of course, there's a dishwasher to save you the hassle of washing up.
The cozy living area, with its comfortable seating, invites you to relax. From the living/dining area, you can access the south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Also located on the first floor are a spacious bathroom and a stylish bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m with a full-length mattress protector).
Three further bedrooms are located on the second floor: one with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and two bedrooms each with a single bed (1.40 x 2 m). One of these bedrooms also has a TV. A spacious, naturally lit bathroom is also available on this floor.
The entrance stairs from the ground floor to the second floor are secured with a child safety gate at the top, but there is no gate at the top of the stairs.
