Et voilà: our 52 sq m holiday apartment "Deichkoje," completely renovated in 2019, with a comfortable bedroom and a spacious living/sleeping area! From the south-facing balcony on the first floor, you can already breathe in the sea air, as the water is only about a 5-minute walk away. Despite this central location, your holiday home couldn't be more centrally located – both the shopping street and the Perlenbucht (Pearl Bay) are just a few minutes' walk away. And a supermarket, laundromat, and a really good bakery are even in the immediate vicinity.

Our holiday apartment is fully equipped with two LCD TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living/bedroom), a DVD player, two single beds in the bedroom with a large wardrobe, a new brand-name wall-mounted folding bed (160cm x 200cm) with spring mattresses, a dining area, a new shower room with a radio, ample storage space in all rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and much more.

It leaves nothing to be desired.
For maximum comfort, we have installed insect screens on all windows. Of course, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi, and the blinds on the bedroom window and the entire living/bedroom window front protect your sleep from light.
