A new bathroom with a large shower and a cozy bedroom with a TV. The north-facing balcony provides the fresh air you need for an evening glass of wine.
A washing machine and dryer are part of the well-maintained complex and can be used for a coin-operated service. An iron and ironing board are provided.
The house and apartment are wheelchair accessible.
