Holiday apartment in Grömitz with barbecue

Our high-quality 4-star holiday apartment has been newly renovated and leaves nothing to be desired. It is within walking distance of the beautiful city park, the town center, and the beach promenade. Between Easter and mid-September, a private beach chair is available for your use daily on Grömitz's sandy beach.

The living room features a sofa and an armchair. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen HD TV, Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. A selection of board games and books for all ages are also available free of charge.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and water filter.
The dining area by the window allows you to start your day in the sunshine. A high chair is available upon request.

The bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), a large wardrobe, bedside tables, and access to the lovely sun terrace. You can also relax with a good book in the cozy reading nook while soaking up the sun. Two additional sleeping accommodations for children are available in a separate room accessible from the master bedroom. Here, they sleep in a pull-out bed with two 80x200cm mattresses.

The bathroom features a high-quality, walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, washbasin, and mirror.
Towels are provided free of charge.

The south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, is perfect for enjoying the sunshine. For a delicious barbecue on the terrace, you only need an electric or gas grill (charcoal grilling is unfortunately not permitted).

A small storage room is available for storing food. This room also houses the washing machine, which you are welcome to use free of charge. An ironing board is also provided.

A private parking space is available free of charge in front of the house.
A bicycle rack is located directly at the entrance for securing your bikes.
