Living Area

The living area features a generously sized upholstered sofa with plush cushions. Two reclining armchairs, not only exceptionally comfortable but also boasting a striking design, complete the picture. The modern gas fireplace creates a cozy, vacation-like atmosphere at the touch of a button. Enjoy meals at the dining table, which seats six. The chairs are comfortably upholstered, making it a place you'll want to linger.

Oak flooring is featured in the living and sleeping areas. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house.

Kitchen

A bright and open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. A filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided.

Sleeping Area

Three double bedrooms with spacious wardrobes. All beds feature high-quality Lattoflex mattresses, recently awarded the seal of approval from the German Campaign for Healthy Backs (AGR).

All beds will be made up for your arrival!
The initial supply of linens, including bed linens and towels, is included in the rental price.
