SUNPLACE underwent a complete renovation in spring 2022, and the last fresh coat of paint was applied in 2025. You can fully enjoy the North Sea air on the furnished southwest-facing balcony. The light-filled two-room apartment offers a modern living style with a combined living and dining area. The comfortable sofa can be easily converted into a comfortable bed for an additional person. It also features adjustable seat depth and backrest. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen smart TV with radio reception, a radio, and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a filter coffee machine, a capsule coffee machine and a milk frother are also available for your perfect cup of coffee. This way, you can feel completely at home – an ideal place to relax, even in bad weather.
The separate bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m, two mattresses with a continuous topper), another flat-screen TV with Chromecast and Google TV (you will need your own data allowance for this device!), and a spacious wardrobe. The shower room has a vanity with a mirrored cabinet, a towel warmer, a cosmetic mirror, a hairdryer, and a walk-in shower.
