The Cosy apartment was completely gutted and rebuilt as a designer loft in 2019. High-quality furnishings create a spacious and inviting atmosphere in bright rooms, decorated with a love for the Sylt region. In the living area, a smart TV, internet radio, and Gervasoni furniture enhance relaxation. A floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door through the continuous glass wall to the south-facing terrace leads to a beach chair and the garden.
The apartment is a ground-floor corner unit with a separate kitchen and a ground-level bedroom (two single beds that can be pushed together). A second large bedroom with a box-spring bed and a large smart TV is located on the lower level, featuring windows (sloping, not casement windows!) that offer views of the garden. The bathroom (also with a window) seamlessly integrates into the designer concept. The beach is approximately 150 meters away, just a short walk away. Parking and bicycle storage are available in front of the building.
