Layout: Entrance area with wardrobe and guest WC. Cozy living room with comfortable seating, a TV with 5 German channels, and a dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine, etc., and access to the terrace.
Stairs to the first floor (equipped with a stairlift): 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning, one with two single beds and a sink, and one with one single bed. Bathroom with shower, sink, and WC.
Ample parking is available in front of the house.
The owner lives at the rear of the house. He has his own separate entrance and ensures your privacy.
