Our Casa Mara, completely renovated and modernized in 2019, features a private 4 x 10m pool and three bedrooms with double beds (1.80m and 1.60m). It offers a large, open-plan, and fully equipped kitchen/living room, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. The house has central air conditioning, an alarm system, and all windows and doors are fitted with shutters and insect screens.
Casa Mara sits on approximately 9,500 square meters of land, landscaped with various fruit trees, olive groves, grapevines, almond, and nut trees.
The property is fully walled and fenced, with its own gated entrance and parking for several cars. The stunning beaches of the Ionian Sea are just an 8-minute drive away, providing an idyllic location close to both the city and the beach.
Meditate, play cards, swim, and paint… You certainly won't be bored at Casa Mara, but there's so much more to discover nearby. Snow-white beaches, the turquoise Ionian Sea, fantastic restaurants, and beautiful cities are all easily accessible.
