Description
Ground Floor: Spacious living/dining area with fireplace, underfloor heating, cozy seating, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Blu-ray player, and hi-fi system. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. First bathroom with walk-in shower, sauna, washbasin, and WC. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and children's high chair.
Upper Floor: Three bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and cot, another with a double bed, and the third with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. Second bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, hairdryer, make-up mirror, and floor-level shower.
Outdoor Area: Terrace with garden furniture, loungers, parasol, beach handcart, and barbecue facilities. Lockable bicycle shed available.
The newly built ‘Seeadler’ holiday home, located near Breege's historic spa gardens, features a completely fenced property (approx. 275 sqm) with ecological underfloor heating and fly screens in all rooms. Two parking spaces available. Just 350 meters to the 10 km long Schaabe Baltic Sea beach, with a Netto supermarket 2 km away and local dining options nearby. Excursions by boat to Hiddensee and other activities available from the harbor. Pets allowed (fee applies).

Deze plek overtrof onze verwachtingen! De sauna was een heerlijke verademing na een lange dag op het strand. We vonden de lokale eetgelegenheden ook erg leuk, vooral Meeresart, dat net om de hoek ligt. We komen zeker terug!
We hadden een geweldige tijd hier, De buitenruimte was fantastisch om te ontspannen, en een barbecue was een leuke toevoeging, Het nabijgelegen Schaabe-strand was prachtig, perfect voor onze stranddagen, Zou het aanbevelen!
Een zeer prettig verblijf! De kamers waren smaakvol ingericht en voelden zeer welkom, De locatie was ideaal om de lokale omgeving te verkennen, We waardeerden ook de gratis WiFi, die de kinderen bezig hield tijdens de downtime
Geweldige voorzieningen, waaronder een volledig uitgeruste keuken en gratis WiFi, Ideaal voor een romantisch uitje, op slechts een korte wandeling van het strand
Clean, comfortable, and well-located, The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze, I particularly enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evenings, No complaints at all!
