Holiday apartment with 3 bedrooms
The house is located within the old village center of Guasti di Vernate. It enjoys a quiet location with a private, traffic-free area directly in front of the house. Covered parking is available for our guests.
The spacious living/dining room features a fireplace, a comfortable sofa area, and a modern eat-in kitchen with a large dining table. There is also a guest toilet.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a sofa and television are located on the gallery. Two lockable bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes are situated on this floor. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
Guests have access to a small pool and a romantic garden at our neighboring property (approximately 150 meters away). A ping-pong table, foosball table, and gas and charcoal grills are also available.
