Pallas - Upper Floor
The "Alfred" holiday apartment, located on the upper floor of the Pallas apartment building, is approximately 70 m² and is accessible via the staircase with a separate entrance. Equipped with two bedrooms, it can accommodate four people.
The bathroom is modernly furnished and features a large, walk-in shower (90 x 120 cm). Also accessible from the hallway is a guest toilet with a washing machine. This room belongs exclusively to the apartment on the upper floor.
The combined living and dining area features a comfortable leather corner sofa, a flat-screen TV with a soundbar and Bluetooth connectivity, and access to the balcony via an easy-to-use sliding door. The balcony can be darkened with an electric roller shutter.
The generously equipped fitted kitchen features high-quality appliances and all the standard kitchen utensils to make cooking and preparing meals a pleasure. You can also listen to the radio via DAB+ or Bluetooth. The large dining table offers ample space for all residents on comfortable, spring-loaded leather chairs.
The covered balcony in the captain's gable faces southwest and is the perfect spot for a cozy little seating area.
