Holiday home with 2 bedrooms
This cozy holiday home with a pool is suitable for four guests and was renovated in early 2020. It is located on a quiet side street in the small town of Cala Lombards. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and the cliffs overlooking the sea are only about 200 meters away.
Our house has two bedrooms with double beds. The master bedroom includes a dressing room with a large wardrobe and chests of drawers. A baby cot can easily be added here. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Senseo and Nespresso coffee machines, and other extras. A comfortable seating area in the living room invites you to relax. A TV (German satellite TV) with DVD player, a Bose Bluetooth sound system, games, and books are provided. A washing machine is also available. The dining room is located in the conservatory, which can be fully opened.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (available as an optional extra). Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans for cooling.
The garden surrounding the holiday home features a swimming pool (4.5 x 3 meters) with a sun terrace and outdoor shower. The roof terrace offers a view of the church in Santanyi. There are additional comfortable seating areas around the house. A further dining area is located under a covered terrace. A barbecue is also available.
In winter, the holiday home can be heated by a wood-burning stove (and the air conditioning).
