The house is situated on a large plot of approximately 800 square meters and is laid out as follows: From the entrance area, to the left is the cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen satellite TV. Opposite, on the right, is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and more, as well as a small, comfortable dining area.
At the rear of the house are a bathroom and three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning, which can also be used for heating during the winter months. Outside, there is a swimming pool (approximately 3 x 7 meters), a second fully equipped bathroom, a large outdoor shower, and several attractive seating areas on the various terraces. Two parasols, a large outdoor grill with a comfortable seating area, and six sun loungers are also provided. The spacious roof terrace also features a comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic views and the sea view. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are provided by the owner. The house is available for rent year-round.
