On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a Hästens Maranga bed (180cm x 210cm) and a living room with a box-spring sofa bed (160cm x 200cm). The attic level offers a hobby room with a sauna and another bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchenette in the living room is fully equipped with an oven/microwave, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, Nespresso/coffee machine, and kettle. A dryer and washing machine are also available in the basement for a fee.
The apartment has very fast internet/Wi-Fi and two televisions: an exclusive 58-inch (146cm) Ultra HD television in the living room and a 32-inch television in the bedroom. Both are Wi-Fi enabled and offer popular apps such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, and similar services. The spacious south-facing balcony is furnished with garden furniture. A complimentary bottle of water and a bottle of wine await you upon arrival. Towels and bed linens are provided.
