Beautiful, modern, newly built holiday apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac in Norddeich, Zollweg 1. The entire apartment is furnished to a high standard, has received a 5-star rating from the German Tourism Association (DTV), and features electric exterior shutters, pleated blinds, and underfloor heating.
It is very centrally located by the sea and has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and 55 cm high mattresses (one bedroom has a wall-mounted TV).
A very modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and LED lighting. The cozy living and dining room is equipped with an integrated fitted kitchen and leads to a furnished, fully fenced terrace with a lawn, where you can enjoy plenty of sunshine. One small dog (up to 35 cm) is allowed (upon request). Cats are not permitted due to cat allergies.
The apartment is only suitable for children aged 10 and over.
