Nestled in the dunes of the newly developed De Groote Duynen park, this dune villa sits directly on the water and, thanks to its southern exposure, offers a dreamy and sunny haven of peace and relaxation in harmony with nature.

The spacious and elegantly furnished living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, is flooded with natural light and seamlessly connects to the south-facing garden terrace through large French doors. Adjacent to the dining table, there is a stylish and comfortable seating area with a large flat-screen TV, internet radio with Bluetooth/USB, and a cozy gas fireplace.

The large windows in the kitchen and living area are equipped with external screen sunshades.

The dune villa features two spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds and one bedroom with two single beds. One bedroom has a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and double vanity. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower and double vanity. A separate guest toilet is located in the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.

The spacious kitchen with a cooking island features modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine.
All rooms have underfloor heating.

The sunny terrace with its large dining table offers breathtaking views of the water and the polder landscape. The garden is nestled in gently sloping dunes with beach grass and dune shrubs.
