House El Mar, Apartment D "Cormorant"

A beach holiday for the whole family!

This bright, three-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the "El Mar" building. It features a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV in the living room, a dining area, and an adjoining open-plan kitchen.

Upstairs are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
The apartment includes a private terrace in the small garden (east-facing) and a small garden shed that can be used for bicycle storage.
Special features: During peak season (July/August), the apartment can only be booked by the week (Saturday to Saturday).
The "El Mar" building is ideally located for a holiday – just under 100 meters from the beach! In fact, the building is an excellent base for all your holiday activities:

Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all within easy walking distance. A bakery, a bicycle rental shop, and – for the more athletically inclined – a fitness studio are all within a 1,000-meter radius.

You can conveniently park your car at the house – and feel free to leave it there. It's best to get around on foot or by bicycle. For travel to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, there are buses running several times a day, offering excellent flexibility. Großenbrode is a fantastic starting point for all kinds of cycling tours: Heiligenhafen is just over an hour away – even a bit faster with an e-bike – or you can enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and cycle directly to Fehmarn.
