This attractive, detached holiday home for six people is ideally located on the edge of the small private park Scalde Oort, within easy walking distance of the beach, the sea, and the dunes (10 minutes). The charming restaurants and the Westerschouwen Forestry Office (perfect for a pleasant walk or bike ride through the beautiful woodland and dunes) are also just a stone's throw away.

The spacious, bright living room is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable seating area where you can watch TV (digital, with many German channels) or read a book, while the fire in the central fireplace provides warmth and a cozy atmosphere. On the other side of the fireplace are the dining area and open-plan kitchen. From the dining area, sliding doors lead to the spacious garden, which offers plenty of privacy. On the comfortable, covered terrace, right next to the house, six people can sit at the oval dining table, which is furnished with very comfortable chairs. The barbecue and lounge sofa complete the ultimate outdoor experience you'll enjoy during your vacation.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A four-burner cooktop, oven, and fridge-freezer are standard, but the dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster truly complete the kitchen!
The master bedroom, accessible from the living room, is located on the ground floor. Ample closet space and a double bed (160x200 cm) ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
The staircase leads to the hallway with access to the two other bedrooms. Each bedroom has two box-spring beds (80x200 cm) and plenty of closet space. The vacation home has central heating and free Wi-Fi. Parking is available on the property. You can store your bicycles in the garden shed.
