Our beautiful summer house! This cozy retreat is a wonderful place to unwind after an exciting day at the beach. It's located just 2.5 km from Niendorf/Timmendorf beach and in close proximity to Lake Hemmelsdorf and the Schloß Warnsdorf golf course.
This special and comfortable holiday home, with its own parking space right outside, offers approximately 120 m² of living space, high-quality furnishings, and is situated in an upscale, well-maintained residential complex bordering a field with stunning panoramic views.
The house exudes a sun-and-sea feel, features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is perfect for a larger family.
The ground floor comprises the entrance area with a hallway, cloakroom, and guest bathroom. From here, you enter the open-plan kitchen and the spacious living/dining area. Comfortable furniture, beautiful colors, and wooden floors create an instant sense of well-being. A flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, provided. The living room opens onto the garden terrace and the enclosed, tranquil, green garden bordering the fields. The garden features a large seating area in Bauhaus-style woodwork, a large sun awning, granite paving, teak garden loungers, and a Weber gas grill. An open wooden staircase leads from the ground floor to the beautiful sleeping area on the first floor. Here you'll find two separate bedrooms with comfortable box-spring double beds and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and underfloor heating. Upstairs to the second floor (studio/gallery) is two single box-spring beds (which can be joined to form a double bed), an additional bunk bed, and another flat-screen TV. The gallery opens onto the spacious, sunny roof terrace with a seating area, table, sun loungers, and breathtaking views!
All bedrooms have high-quality new box-spring beds and mosquito nets on the windows!
High-quality wooden flooring throughout provides a pleasant barefoot feel.
