The holiday apartment "Haus Schmalenbeck - Lucius 1" on the North Sea island of Norderney is a spacious accommodation in an excellent location in the town center. Its proximity to the Norderney Room Service allows for convenient key handover and return. Haus Schmalenbeck is strategically located, providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The popular North Beach at Januskopf is also just a short walk away. The apartment itself features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The living room offers additional space for two more guests thanks to two fold-out beds. A separate kitchen is also available for preparing meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A special highlight of the apartment is the courtyard, approximately 20 square meters in size and facing west. Here, guests can sit and relax outdoors. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee should you need to do laundry during your stay. If you would like to explore the island by bicycle, bikes can be rented from "Molly."
Please note that this apartment is unfortunately not suitable for group travel. However, it offers comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for solo travelers, couples, or families who wish to explore the island of Norderney.
