The ground-floor apartment is wheelchair accessible. It features a 30 sq m designer kitchen, a comfortable lounge with three leather sofas and a TV, a spacious bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, toilet, and whirlpool bathtub, as well as a room suitable for parties, dancing, games, yoga, and music. There are also three beautiful double bedrooms and a separate toilet.
All rooms have 4-meter-high ceilings and large windows facing all directions. The floors are covered with original, restored wooden floorboards or terrazzo.
Two sets of double doors lead to the platform, which serves as a terrace. A private garden area with loungers, garden furniture, and a barbecue is also included.
Upon request, you can use our SUP or kayak on the Tauber River.
