Thanks to its floor-to-ceiling glass facade, the BEACHHOUSE offers a direct view of the expansive Mühlfeldsee lake. The house boasts 160 m² of living space spread over two floors.

The ground floor features a bedroom and a high-quality bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with a heated LED mirror with an integrated vanity mirror and a hairdryer. The heart of the BEACHHOUSE is the spacious and open-plan living room with its light-filled windows and fireplace. The dining area, with its large dining table crafted from reclaimed ship planks, is perfect for gatherings. The adjacent, separate kitchen is very modern and equipped to a high standard, sure to delight any culinary enthusiast. A 43" TV provides entertainment while cooking.

The upper floor features two fully equipped bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and corner bathtub. One of the upstairs bedrooms boasts a unique lake view – making waking up a truly special experience.
Both floors are fully equipped with individually controlled underfloor heating. Each bedroom, the kitchen, and the living and dining area have a flat-screen TV.
