Our house is perfectly situated above the old NSV sailing harbor in Neustadt in Holstein. The beautiful beach is just a 4-minute walk away; passing the harbor and playground, you'll arrive directly at the lido. The town center is a 15-minute walk along the waterfront.
Our house has just been renovated. The holiday apartment is new and has been furnished with great attention to detail. Built into the hillside on the lower level, it features a wonderful southwest-facing terrace and a lovely Danish wood-burning stove. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, our apartment has two bedrooms with high-quality mattresses, a shower room, and a living room with a cozy sofa and an additional table. The terrace has a comfortable seating area and a table with four chairs for al fresco breakfasts, pleasant evenings, and more. Here you can truly relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. A garden shed for bicycles is also available.
