Rosmari Studio Prestige by the pool
Residence Rosmari is an informal yet modern tourist complex with only 10 apartments. The studio apartment features a balcony with pool views, access to the shared pool and hot tub, as well as access to the beach and private pier.
This studio apartment measures approximately 35 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the ground floor with a private terrace by the pool. The living room has a double bed and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Cutlery and crockery are included. The bathroom, measuring approximately 6 m², has a shower, toilet, sink, bidet, and hairdryer. Also included: a safe, a 40" flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
Energy costs are included.
Bed linens are provided free of charge upon arrival; towels are available upon request for €3 each.
Accessible by stairs or elevator.
