Three apartments share a spacious garden with outdoor dining areas, barbecues, and open lawns with a trampoline — ideal for groups wanting both togetherness and privacy. The duplex offers a modern kitchen, dining space, and bathroom on the lower level, while the open upper floor features exposed beams, skylights, courtyard views, a double bed, and a sofa bed. The pool’s children’s slide makes it especially welcoming for families. Just beyond, Öland’s unique Alvaret landscape stretches toward the sea, with easy access to swimming, walking paths, and peaceful coastal scenery. Birdlife, grazing animals, and small village life in South Öland create a calm, authentic setting, with shops and restaurants only a short drive away.
