Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this 500 m² fully fenced property offers the perfect setting to soak up the Harz Mountains' sunshine. The covered terrace with its comfortable seating area is ideal for relaxing and socializing. A special highlight is our infrared sauna in its own private sauna cabin. On the ground floor, you'll find our small bedroom with a king-size box-spring bed. Bedroom number two, situated on the upper floor, also features a king-size box-spring bed, as well as a single bed and a sturdy baby cot. Please note: The upper floor is only accessible via a very steep staircase in the hallway! Our well-equipped kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the open-plan living area, which includes a wood-burning stove and a smart TV.
