The balcony is perfect for breakfast, or you can end the day with a glass of wine. The sofa is wonderfully comfortable and can be converted into a bed if needed. The bedroom has a double bed. There is a kitchen (newly renovated in 2024), a spacious hallway, and a storage room. A shower room (partially renovated in 2024) with a toilet completes the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available. A parking space is included, and a washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A large bicycle shed provides secure storage for your bikes.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
