This begins with the high-quality custom-built cabinetry, the kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, and wellness enthusiasts will be delighted by the spacious sauna.

The heart of the end-of-terrace house is the exclusively furnished ground floor, featuring a custom-built wardrobe, a guest WC, an open-plan, high-end kitchen with an adjoining dining room, and a living area with an electric steam fireplace. Two terraces with garden furniture and a beach chair offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy conversations with friends or family outdoors.

We charge a fee of €20 per person for this (excluding children under 3 years old). For hygiene reasons, these linen packages are mandatory with your booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Upon your arrival, the beds will be freshly made, and you will receive two hand towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a tea towel per person. As in almost all German spa and resort towns, a visitor's tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will calculate this tax with your booking and forward it directly to the local municipality. Your guest cards will be waiting for you in your holiday accommodation upon arrival.
