Diva by the sea with pool
The pebble beach is about 50 meters from the house, and in the center of Klimno, guests also have access to a beautifully maintained public beach. There is also a dog-friendly beach in the town. A landscaped outdoor fitness area (trim trail) is located right next to the villa, and there is a children's playground in the town center.
The villa features a heated pool (heated pool ≠ heated jacuzzi; maximum water temperature is 26–28 °C) and underfloor heating, making it ideal for stays during cooler months such as early spring and late autumn.
With 220 m² of living space spread over two floors (ground floor and upper floor), the villa offers spaciousness, comfort, and modern design. The entrance leads through a roomy hallway into the central, open-plan living area, which combines a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The bright room with large sliding glass doors provides direct access to the pool terrace and offers stunning sea views.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you need to prepare and serve meals: an induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, oven, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a full range of kitchenware. The living room features comfortable seating and a large 65-inch TV with satellite channels.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a TV, a wardrobe, and a desk, which is especially convenient for guests who need a workspace. A separate guest toilet is also accessible from the hallway. A washing machine is available in the house, exclusively for the use of villa guests.
Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer), ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. All bedrooms are furnished with large double beds, TVs, spacious wardrobes, and workspaces. Two bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace with a lounge area and stunning sea views.
All rooms at Villa Diva are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is available. Fresh towels and linens are provided.
